Hematite – crystallizes in the form of tabular and rhombohedral crystals, masses, columnar and granular shapes, plate-like layers, rosettes and botryoidal (uncommon) configurations. Hematite can be called a “stone for the mind”. It helps one to “sort-out” things in ones mind and can be used for mental attunement, memory enhancement, original thinking and technical knowledge. It assists in the focusing of energy and emotions for balance between body, mind and spirit.
It helps one to attain a “soft” meditative state, providing for smooth grounding and bringing tranquillity and emotion clarity.
