Rose Quartz 160 Gem Chip Tree on Mallee Root

This beautifully hand crafted Rose Quartz Gem Tree is mounted on a beautiful mallee root knot base. The brass wire is twisted to form branches and a trunk. One hundred and sixty (160) genuine semi-precious, polished rose quartz gemstone chip beads are then individually hand beaded through the brass wire branches for leaves. You can reshape the gemstone chip tree by gently twisting and curving the branches to give it the look you desire.
The tree is glued onto a gorgeous piece of Australian mallee tree root which we cut, sanded then hand brushed with a polyurethane coating to accentuate the beautiful grains and natural colour of the timber, giving it a nice shiny finish.

Mallee – is the growth habit of certain eucalypt species that grow with multiple stems springing from an underground lignotuber or mallee root. Mallee woodlands and shrublands are considered one of Australia’s major vegetation groups.
They are all natives of Western Australia and, like all mallees, are incredibly drought tolerant. Each Mallee Root piece is characterised by its unique texture, shape and colour.
