Candle Snuffers

A candle snuffer or douter is an instrument used to extinguish burning candles. The term ‘candlesnuffer’ or ‘snuffer’ is also sometimes used to describe what was formerly known as an extinguisher (having a small cone at the end of a handle). The use of a snuffer helps to avoid problems associated with blowing hot wax everywhere.

Extinguishers are commonly used in homes, weddings, parties, churches, at Christmas etc. An excellent gift idea for your family or friends.

“Don’t blow it out, Snuff it out”.
